Love the product, he was really well made and definitely a helpful reminder. However the seller does not communicate and takes a very long time to get around to orders (around a month to even begin making gray rock Gary). I sent multiple messages to them waiting around a week for a response after each message and the seller would only get back to me after I mentioned I would reach out to Etsy if they continued to not update me on my order. Very disappointed in this experience.

I love this little guy!!! Its creator is A+++ for communication, creativity, prompt shipping and most of all humor - I will be coming back to this shop for certain. My only dilemma is where to put "Gray Rock Gary" - I want to bring him to work, I want him on the dashboard of my car, and I just know when my daughter spots him she is going to commandeer him for herself!
